Patronpath employs a state-of-the-art infrastructure that exceeds all security standards and is scalable without interruption. Our clients are hosted in a virtual environment that can grow or move on the fly, without the need for reconfiguring hardware. Our Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) has massive bandwidth, processor and storage space that can be increased as demand requires – or even before demand if the situation predicts.

Scalable
Patronpath applications are currently co-located in a secure, offsite facility. Patronpath is implementing an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) environment where hardware, power, back-up power, bandwidth, and software are hosted in a dynamic and scalable environment with a guaranteed service level agreement of 99.99% uptime. Patronpath will track and monitor system usage in real-time to predict and plan for the amount of computing capacity our applications need in the future.

Secure
Patronpath's IaaS environment has industry-leading network-based intrusion prevention that keeps a watchful eye out for unusual traffic patterns. Patronpath also has application shield technology that scans all code, transactions, and user interactions that occur within a client's application. In the event of any suspicious or known malicious behavior, Patronpath will automatically be alerted and block activity from the source.

Redundant
Patronpath's IaaS implementation includes a completely redundant environment in a secure and offsite location across the country if there is a disaster, hardware, web server, or database failure. Every element of the system - Power, Application, Hardware, Communication, Backups, and Development - is redundant.

Power
Patronpath's data center provides a primary feed, battery backup as well as a standby generator that can power the entire data center.

Application
Patronpath currently has 3 environments for our application: Production (live), hot standby (backup), and development server (quality assurance and testing).

Hardware
With our IaaS implementation, Patronpath's application is spread over a Blade Server so that, if there is a server hardware failure or an increase in demand, additional servers can be added on-the-fly and can immediately assume the demands put on the system without any interruption.

Communication
To ensure the order is placed, Patronpath uses all available communication technologies: fax, email, SMS, mobile, and even voice.

Backups
Full backups of the Patronpath system are executed nightly. Patronpath's IaaS implementation allows replication of the system virtually as well as have incremental snapshots of the system.

Development
Patronpath's Development Teams are also redundant. Patronpath is not a small company with a single developer. Patronpath has system architects, engineers, and senior and junior developers at the ready.

Optional Data Center
Patronpath's IaaS implementation offers an entire backup data center in Utah in the event of a disaster.

Optional Hosting
If your company wishes, our application can even be optionally deployed and managed within your data center using the latest in virtualization technology.

Monitored
Every aspect of Patronpath hardware and software is closely monitored 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. If your fax machine runs out of paper, Patronpath will give you a call. If your POS is not responding, Patronpath will login remotely and troubleshoot the issue. If your internet connection is down, Patronpath will even call in your orders.
