For Curbside Service,
patrons can enter information regarding multiple vehicles and then
select which vehicle they are using for pick up. That information is
sent to the restaurant to identify the vehicle upon arrival.

Online Payment
Patrons can conveniently pay online quickly and securely, saving time at pickup or delivery.

Up Sell Feature
Increase high profit category sales and the average ticket 25-30%, as you guide patrons to discover new menu items.
Nutritional Information
Nutrition information can be entered to show up on each individual menu item screen. This provides easy access for your patrons. Calories, fat grams, and protein grams can be added to menu items for the patron to choose items based on specific health and nutritional needs.
Manage Orders
View orders for the day or future days as well as order history. View the exact order email that was sent to the patron and check on the status of the submission time to the restaurant.
Manage Menus
Access your menu to make changes. Respond to menu item shortages by making the item inactive, which will not allow the patron to order that item online. Also, update prices, add or delete menu items, or add menu specials.
Manage Schedules
Change the times that your restaurant is open to receive online orders. The schedule can be set up to facilitate a separate delivery schedule and take-out schedule. The schedule will determine when the patron can place an online order.
Manage Prep Times
Specify the time required to prepare an order. Prep times can be varied by dollar amount or by individual menu item. Prep times can also be scheduled by time of day and day of the week.
Manage Coupon Codes
Create and allow patrons to enter codes for promotional items and specials with their online purchases. Promotional items can allow for percentage off certain items or whole orders or allow a dollar amount off certain items.
Reporting
Order Reports: Easily access and sort information centered on the order. You can search by a selected date range and then sort by customer name, and/or order amount and number.
Patron Reports: Access all the customer information gathered during the sign-in process. Also access birthdays, anniversaries, and buying history of each patron. The report provides total dollars bought by each patron in the requested timeframe, valuable information that can be used for targeted marketing.
Patronpath's patent-pending process drives large group orders to your restaurant. Meal coordinators (e.g. Pharmaceutical reps, Administrative Assistants, etc.) organize from their desktop using an email invitation system. Invitation Ordering simplifies the process by saving the meal coordinator hours of time collecting orders on hard copy menus and then calling a large order into the restaurant. Restaurant Business Magazine says Invitation Ordering is the 3rd most innovative idea in the restaurant industry in 2008.
Personalized Address Book
Patrons build an address book of emails that they use to send out invitations for lunch. Invitees simply click a link on the Invitation email that takes them directly to the restaurant's online ordering site to place their order. The order is then sent back to the coordinator.
Order Tracking
The coordinator views pending orders to track what the invitees are ordering and who has and has not placed their order. Once all orders are submitted, the coordinator sends the order to the restaurant with one click of the mouse.
Purchase Option
The meal coordinator has the option to buy for everyone (i.e. a business meeting) or have everyone buy on their own (i.e. one employee goes to the restaurant to pick up other employees' orders as well).
